Fox News May Be Cutting Ties With Bill O’Reilly

New reports including from Murdoch-owned WSJ say Fox News may be close to cutting ties with Bill O’Reilly. NYC Public Advocate Letitia James is asking for a probe into the sexual harassment scandal. Media Matter’s Angelo Carusone also joins Lawrence O’Donnell.

The move, with just six days to go before Bill is scheduled to return from vacation, comes as Fox News’ midtown headquarters has been surrounded by anti-O’Reilly demonstrators and the loss of tens of millions in advertising money following a New York Times report that Bill and Fox News paid out $13 million to former female Fox News employees who alleged he sexually or verbally harassed them.
