The first time Gizzle McFly stepped into a booth in 2007, he knew he was “home”. The South Richmond raised musician grew up listening to artists such as Rick James, Cameo, SuperTramp, Hall & Oates, E-40, and later, Mac Dre, Outkast, and Green Day. The vast variety of styles would later influence him as an artist and give him the edge anddiversity to stand out in today’s saturated pool of artists. Gizzle McFly credits the day he heard Rick James’ famed “Give It To Me” and knew what it meant to the birth of his passion for music.
With the encouragement of his management and fans, in addition to the many industry contacts he has established, Gizzle McFly is poised toemerge as a solo artist.
