Decatur, GA was in full flex mode last Sunday at the Camaro Nation ATL Summer Smash Car & Bike Show. The Porter Sanford Performing Arts & Community Center was flooded with sports, muscle, luxury, award winning, and classic cars from around the nation.
It was a scorching hot day in Atlanta, and cars definitely didn’t help cool the city off. This show plays host to a number of supercars and high-dollar luxury rides every year, it also is where plenty of consequential mainstream cars make their debuts.
The event kicked off at 12PM on Sunday, and as we pulled up, of course the Camaro Nation ATL crew had their masterpieces lined up perfectly at the gate full of twankles and glistens.
As the air filled with vendors smoking all types of meats, the gates began to flood with the city of Atlanta and car clubs nationwide.
There were plenty of giveaways like the high performance energy drinks from the awesome people of NOS.
Medieval Times Dinner Theater even made an appearance handing out discounted coupons, free sunglasses, and bracelets.
And Camaro Nation ATL definitely didn’t let the crowd down with PLENTY of raffle prizes of items ranging from school supplies to a HUGE basket of liquor.
But the day was just getting started. It was time for the performances, and the lineup was phenomenal. Starting the afternoon off was Jabias Da Kidd, The Lit Twins, El Zappo Foreign, Queen Nyielle, JAROK, Lil Jhace, and legendary producer Honorable C.N.O.T.E. Each act performed at least two singles a piece rocking the crowd and raising the heat index even more.
