Charles Hamilton best known for his hit songs “Brooklyn Girl” & “New York Raining”, releases his first live-action music video in 4 years “Ralph Nader”.
Directed by longtime visual collaborator Markus “MK” Allen; the video marks the first release under Charles’ new media company “Standard Sound”.
Since his departure from Interscope & Republic Records, Charles has been steadily creating music & videos. He is planning to announce more details about his new venture “Standard Sound” at a later date. In the mean time, the long awaited Ralph Nader music video is here to hold fans over.
Charles Eddie-Lee Hamilton, Jr. is an American hip hop recording artist and record producer from Harlem, New York City, New York. In 2008, Hamilton released a series of mixtapes entitled The Hamiltonization Process, and on December 8, 2008, Hamilton independently released his debut, critically album entitled The Pink Lavalamp.
Hamilton gained major recognition after being featured on the cover of the XXL‘s 2009 Freshmen Class issue and signing an undisclosed million dollar distribution record deal with Interscope Records, in 2008.
