Buffalo, New York emcee Conway The Machine has been steadily making a name for himself in the rap game. Along with the rest of his Griselda Records labelmates, Conway has made quite a splash. The splash was so big it caught the eye of Eminem who would sign the crew to his Shady imprint.
Tomorrow (Sept. 13th) Conway will release his upcoming LP, Look What I Became…. In preparation for the release Conway The Machine has just released his new single titled “Vino D’ featuring Jim Jones, Dave East and El Camino. When asked about the track this is what Conway has to say.
“Westside Gunn actually came up with the title for the track. Vino D was one of my homies that lost his life, so we wanted to celebrate him and do something ill in his memory. It’s dope to collaborate with two of my homies in Capo and Dave East. They also happen to be two of my favorite rappers. The homie JR Swiftz sent me the beat and it was insane and my lil bro El Camino laid a crazy hook for it; that gives it a summertime in the hood feel. Look What I Became… is a gift to all my day one fans and also my new fans to introduce them to this Griselda shit; and get them ready for the Shady debut God Don’t Make Mistakes.”
