The dark and grimy track features YGB and Max Gertler, along with fellow NYC MC Smoke DZA. The hard hitting and eerie beat (which was produced by Max Gertler) goes hand and hand with the rappers’ catchy and powerful flow and energy.
A few months ago Delivery Boys dropped their song “Pissed Off” featuring well known Atlanta artist Rich the Kid. With the song reaching over 600,000 total streams, Delivery began to get coverage from reputable blogs.
“The Delivery Boys are gearing up for a huge year” – XXL
“The highlight of the group is how diverse they are musically” – Revolt
“The squad had never had a track on the site before “Pissed Off,” which makes its chart performance all the more impressive” – HotNewHipHop (after holding #2 spot for 2 weeks on Top 100 songs)
“This burgeoning Brooklyn rap group is causing quite a stir after amassing over 400,000 plays on their recent SoundCloud hit, Pissed Off” – Mass Appeal
“When it comes to origin stories, NYC rap group Delivery Boys have a great one” – Pigeons & Planes
Since then, we’ve released a few singles and a video, two of which are now being played in the Adidas Flagship store in Soho. We also just had a dope performance at Gramercy theater last week opening for NBA Youngboy. Lastly, Pigeons and Planes included us in their best new artists of the month column.
