Kisos is ready to break your heart and heal your soul with new crying-in-the-club anthem, “Happily Ever After,” produced by Kyle Patrick & Kisos. This is the lead single from his upcoming EP, sweet nothings, which features one track for each of the five stages of grief, written in real time as he recovered from a life-shaking breakup.
Kisos says, “Happily Ever After is about hearing your ex say they love someone more than you, after only knowing them for a few weeks. It’s about using the hope of getting back with someone as a poisoned motivation to improve yourself. It’s about knowing you’re in denial, but that delusion is the only thing that will help you survive a shattered heart.”
Raised in California’s Bay Area and now living in NYC, musician/producer Kisos crafts vulnerable pop with an RnB edge to break your heart and heal your soul.
In February 2018 Kisos released his debut EP VOICES to praise from industry publications, including Baeble Music, who compared his sound to powerhouses Troye Sivan and Years & Years, and PopDust, who described the music as “reality and harrowing fantasy crash into each other.”
In the year since, Kisos began playing live shows and building a following on Twitch, boasting an audience who has watched over 230 days worth of content. He also traveled to San Jose, California where he performed at TwitchCon and later performed on the site’s front page for three hours to an audience of 2000 concurrent viewers.
His upcoming, as of yet untitled, second EP was written in real time as he recovered from a life shaking breakup. It features one song for each of the five stages of grief, and is led by “Happily Ever After,” a crying in the club anthem dedicated to denial, and slated for a February 2019 release.
